I hope your Thanksgiving holiday was filled with love, joy, peace, and abundance. I pray your November was notable.

I have exciting news to share with you all. Genesis Transition now has a merchandise store. You can order tee shirts, long sleeve shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, coffee mugs, and a tote bag. I am excited to present to you all GTees which is an extension of Genesis Transition.

In other news, I once again will be revamping some of the services for the business. Details to come soon. I am excited because as I have been on my personal healing journey I realized some things are not a fit and others have to be modified. (Did you catch that coaching tip?)

I will be adding a new service which is Accelerated Author Coaching. This is a 4 week program instead of 8 weeks for the cost of $395.00. The tab will be added in the services icon by the end of the week. Other services will be removed before the year ends.

As always coffee and coaching will always be available! I am always available.

Authentic in Autumn

We have entered a new season. Welcome to Autumn. The season where the leaves change color and eventually fall off. The season where the air gets crisper and cooler. The season where the time changes and everything falls back.

I don’t want you to focus on the falling away. I don’t want you to focus on the falling back. I want you to focus on the fact that you are still your authentic self. You may ask why that is. Let me tell you why.

The Root is Still Healthy

You are still standing. You may have lost some things and you may have lost some people but you are still standing. You are still creating. You are still walking in your purpose. And that is all that matters. See, this is not the time for you to focus on the fact that the dead stuff is gone. It is used to fertilize the root and to cover the seeds you continuously plant. The seeds of creativity, the seeds of giving, the seeds of tears. I want you to be encouraged. Your tears are not a sign of weakness. They are a sign that you are healing, that you are evolving. Never let anyone discourage you from the fact that you are in touch with your emotions.

Coming soon to my Amazon bookstore will be a 30 day journal. This one is geared for women. I will try to find something for the men and recommend it in my next blog post. No More Busy Work!

Welcome to August. The month of new beginnings. We are almost a month from a new season and I hope that you have enjoyed your summer. I have not sent you all an email in a while because I have been practicing what I am about to write to you about.

NO MORE BUSY WORK BELOVED!

What does that mean? It means that you have to focus on your goals that you set at the beginning of this year. It means you have to let go of the fear that you will not accomplish them or fulfill your purpose. I am here to let you know that you will finish what you started. Busy work involves the things you do to avoid what you are supposed to be doing. Busy work involves letting other people volunteer you for things you don’t want to do and because you are operating in your high functioning anxiety you do it anyway. Busy work is what you do when you have an idea but don’t know how to make it come to pass.

Halfway Point: What Are You Doing?

Congratulations ladies and gentlemen!!! You have made it the halfway point of this year. It has been a struggle and a blessing at the same time but take this opportunity to pat yourself on the back. You made it.

Here is the question of the month:Have you set and achieved your goals for the first part of this year? Yep we are getting straight to the point. You have made it but what are you doing now? You have to do a self assessment of your personal and professional goals. Grab some paper and pen to see where you are at this current moment. I don’t want you to overwhelm yourself but you have to assess the situation for what it is so you can move forward.

Aspiring Authors: This You?

Let’s start with the following excuses that I have told myself. They may seem familiar to you.

I cannot afford it
I don’t have anything to share
I don’t have the support.
I don’t have the time

Did you know that these excuses are lies we tell to ourselves? I am here to tell you that I am proof that they are. 6 books and 7 years later. I have a technique that I use and will share how to book me at the end of this blog.

I want you to stop lying to yourself about the dreams and visions you have. If you can see it, you can absolutely do it. Life has come at you hard and life has come at you extremely fast but you are still here and you are worthy of all the blessings that are going to come your way. Don’t let your mistakes define you in this season. Even if there is a consequence learn the lesson so you can move forward in your purpose. That way you can tell your story in written form.

Shifting Seasons: Resting in Chaos

I decided to write a blog at the end of this month rather than the beginning for a few reasons. The main reason is I am in a resting season. I have learned that I create better and that I serve my clients better when all systems are go and when I am not running on fumes.

We have shifted from Winter to Spring and even have experienced a time change. So here is the question at hand:

How Did You Handle The Shifting Season?

It may have been a creative moment for some. For me and a few others in a very transparent moment it was quite and quietly chaotic. Meaning people, places, things, and ideas that no longer served us were removed without notice. At the same time, what we least expected turned out to be a blessing. I had to learn how to rest in the midst of the chaos. I am offering a service for the month of April to show you how you can do that.

Let me say this because I see some eyebrows raised: You can rest and work at the same time. It is very very possible.

Flowing into February

Good afternoon everyone! I hope that this email finds you doing well in every area of your life. Happy Black History Month and Happy Love Month!

January I went with the flow. I didn’t overextend myself and as a result I got to take a vacation and I was able to rest. I have discovered that ideas are downloaded into me easier when I am rested. I was able to let some things and some people go so that I can receive everything that is about to flow my way. I am going to continue to go with the flow with the understanding that I am the flow.

As you all know I constantly remind you that you are a movement. Flow into your purpose so that should be your focus for the month of February. Pay attention to the movements that you make and if it doesn’t line up with your purpose I encourage you to dismiss it. One way that I am watching my movements is creating monthly vision boards which leads me to this exciting news.

I am creating a new masterclass that will be added to the website once I send this out. Peep the pic below

Yep. You can book a masterclass with me to create a vision board that will not overwhelm you. The price is $50 and you don’t have to fill out the application for this service. This is available as an individual and group class(please note that if you desire a group that the cost is per person). 2021 Monthly Masterclasses and Mindset

Good evening everyone! I hope you all are doing well and I hope that you took my advice and are dancing in December! (Previous blog post. Make sure you subscribe to receive the emails.)

So peep this. You ready? Aight boom…. I am going to start offering Monthly Masterclasses starting in January of 2021. I have a few ideas but I would like to get your input as well. They will be added as a tab on the site towards the end of the month so that you can automatically register and pay. I am excited to share with you all in 2021.
