Dear Aspiring Author and Blogger,
This post is to encourage you to share the parts of your story you know can change the game and make an impact. Your transparency could possibly save a life.
Grab your journal, make some tea, and let it flow. This is your opportunity to heal. From pen to paper is a tool that will allow you to release the words you can’t speak.
And if you aren’t ready, maybe you should read some of my story. Go to http://www.amazon.com and search: Fredrika Sellers. All four of my books are available for sale.
Life happens. And it happens unexpectedly. What do you do when all hell breaks loose and you don’t understand why? I know it is easier to throw in the towel. I want to encourage you not to give up. Here are a few tips that I have used that over the years that have helped me overcome life circumstances and even some difficult tragedies/traumas.
- Acknowledge what happened. Ignoring the situation doesn’t help anyone including you.
- Accept what happened. Denial is one of the five stages of grief but you can overcome this stage.
- Have the moment but don’t let the moment have you.
- Take as much time as you need to heal
- Find a creative outlet to release whatever it is that you are trying to let go of.
I hope you are encouraged by this post. For information about services offered please submit your information on the contact page.
Be Bold in the Midst of Heartbreak. Make an Impact!
I know you are ready to jump in there and get your first book published. I’m excited for you!!!
I’m going to give you a nugget to help get you started. If you want more, schedule your “Rhythm N Writing” session today by clicking the contact button on the website.
Tuesday Nugget: Have a brainstorming session. Write down all the ideas you have pertaining to your book or blog. Narrow down your key points and develop an outline to get your thoughts in order.
Again if you want more.. gotta schedule your session!!!! Do so ASAP!
You are probably looking at that title like huh? Let me explain.
We have grown to believe that the more you are able to multitask the better you are as a person. I have found out that is not necessarily true. Just because you can do it doesn’t mean you should do it. We have this control problem. If we don’t do it then it won’t be done right.
Newsflash: just because they don’t do it the way we do does not make it wrong. Take a long look at your to do list. How many things have you completed? There are somethings on your list that someone else on your team can do. Allow those who were sent to help you do just that.
You have so many things you want to do but you never want to relinquish control and then complain when you can’t do it. If you want some peace in your life, I suggest you give your team the things that will ease the load for you. Again, that is what your team is for.
If you aren’t sure what you should delegate, schedule a “Task Management” session with me today by clicking on the “Contact” tab on the webpage. I would be happy to assist you.
Welcome to 2019!
I hope that you are excited about what is about to happen through you and for you. I know some people have decided to create vision boards. This year however, you need to be strategic. Don’t overwhelm yourself at the beginning of this year.
Finding your rhythm is very important. That means everyone may not be able to dance with you this year. You have to be okay with that. Finding your rhythm means you will be changing partners every now and then. It takes time and patience.
To schedule a “Driven” or “Rhythm” session (maybe you would like both) select the “Contact” tab and schedule your appointment today. You may also call 240-245-0615.
It seems like this year went by fast. And you may not feel that you accomplished everything you set out to do. Don’t be discouraged. Congratulate yourself for the small victories you have made this year. It is the small things that make the big difference. I encourage you to finish 2018 strong. Concentrate on one thing that you want magnified going into 2019.
If you are not sure of what that is contact Genesis Transition and request a “Driven” session today. Go to the Contact tab on this website to get more information.
No person I know wants to start over. It seems like you have wasted time and you don’t have the energy put in the work. I want you to know that you can build a solid foundation at rock bottom. Your foundation will be stronger because you have learned from the mistakes of your past.
I am starting fresh. I’m not carrying any past struggles as an excuse not to work my vision and walk in my purpose. If you are ready for a fresh start contact me via email and schedule your session today by going to the contact tab and submit your information. You can also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 240-245-0615.
We all have goals in life. One thing I have learned is not to overwhelm myself by setting a lot of goals at once. Have you overwhelmed yourself with goals at the beginning of this year? If so, take a step back, take deep breaths, and look at what you have set before you. Focus on the small things first. They make the biggest difference in your life.
Genesis Transition offers a session which I call “Driven”. Schedule your session by calling 240-245-0615 or you can send an email to email@example.com today.
